1:1 coaching sessions are personalized to your individual needs and goals and include movement practices, meditation, nutritional therapy, and work on identifying limiting beliefs and blocks. These sessions include discussions centered on guidance toward your goals, as well as tools and resources to help you expand and elevate to your next level.

You can expect — 

  • Trauma-informed discussions and exercises centered on your individual goals

  • Deep conversations identifying and targeting limiting beliefs, core wounds, and small steps toward reconciliation

  • Somatic-based meditations and breathwork to get you into your body, working towards neutral observation

  • Here, we can incorporate Nutritional therapy and Ayurvedic principles around food, movement, and daily routines

Month intensives
